Joe
Marco
Technical Director
|
Joe is
a lifetime skier with well over 40 years of experience and
over 30 years of service to the snowsports indutry. Joe commenced
his skiing instructional career at Jiminy Peak in Massachusetts
before heading west to Colorado where he lives today. Joe
served for many years on the Breckenridge Ski School with
an outstanding reputation among both his clients and his peers.
Joe is currently PSIA Alpine Level III certified. Joe now
brings his depth of knowledge and experience to The Academy
and enthusiastically shares it with us, our students and guests. |

Robert Jones
Director
|
Robert
started skiing at 42 years of age at Whiteface Mountain
and understands what it takes for those starting out as
adults. Robert has spent time in Colorado as well as at
several US East Coast Ski Schools as both an instructor
and Director. Robert enjoys a special passion for helping
those starting into skiing later in life or those who are
returning after many years absence from the sport. Robert
is PSIA Alpine Level 1 certified and is currently preparing
for his Level 2 certification

Julie Jones
Children's
Director
|
Julie had
never skied until she met her husband. From then on, there
was no turning back. She too knows what it is like to be a
late starter. But moreover, Julie also is a mother and has
an incredible ability with children, especially the very young,
3-4 years of age. Julie specializes in teaching the toddlers.
Julie is currently preparing for her Level 1 certification
and children's teaching certificate. |

David
Gray
Alpine Instructor

David
first donned skis in Austria during his military service.
David has a keenness for many sports including scuba-diving,
sailing and running but finds that skiing is very much his
true passion as he enjoys the cold climate. David is your
all-round instructor who can relate to most people but happily
leaves the toddlers for Julie. David is PSIA Alpine Level
1 certified
